Vinyasa Yoga for Core Strength & Flexibility
In this 22-minute video, yoga instructor Kassandra Reinhardt guides us through a series of Vinyasa yoga for Core Strength & Flexibility. A strong core is not only great for improving your posture, but also the foundation for countless yoga poses, starting with a basic plank. Flexibility, on the other hand, will benefit your body confidence and blood flow, as well as decreasing your risk of injury.
Vinayasa yoga translate into a "breath-synchronized movement", referring to the fact that changing into different poses is in rythm of inhaling and exhaling. This yoga style originates from Sri Tirumala Krishnamacharya who developed Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, that was supposed to capture the power of breathing. Main benefits of the synchronised breating include the release of inner tensions and re-energizing the body.
