Multilevel Yoga for Hips and Hamstrings
This is a 30-minute restorative yoga routine introducing yoga for hips and hamstrings. In this video, Carling Harps guides us through poses with slow and clear narration. The sequence will work the inner and outer hips, hamstrings, as well as lower back - all the while lying down so as to give the upper body a break. Carling's calm pace makes the class easy to follow for beginners, and relaxing and restorative for yogis at all levels.
About Carling Harps
Carling is a yoga instructor based in Portland, Oregon. Having studied anatomy, nutrition, and labour and birth, her yoga classes are very much informed by the body's architecture, movement, and potential. She specialises in prenatal yoga and has personally trained extensively with Annie Carpenter in SmartFlow Vinyasa Yoga. Carling also works as a nutritional counsellor, and loves using her passion and knowledge for food, health, and wellness to help private and corporate clients cultivate a more thoughtful diet. When Carling isn't being a super cool yoga teacher and nutritionist, she enjoys spending time with yogi partner Patrick Beach, singing at local shows, and apparently, shopping for retro sneakers. Pretty awesome, we have to say.
