Refreshing Hatha Flow Yoga
This is a 25-minute Hatha flow yoga class with London-based teacher Donna Noble. With Donna's energetic and well-paced instruction, this sequence is suitable for yogis at various levels. Hatha yoga opens many channels of the body, such that energy can flow freely. Donna encourages us to pay special attention to the breath, so we can make the most out of the practice and develop a balance between strength and flexibility. Only 25 minutes to bring us back to the present and come out feeling refreshed.
About Donna Noble
Currently based in London, Donna Noble is a yoga instructor, health and fitness advisor, columnist, and radio host. She was certified as a yoga specialist in 2011, and has since taught in Los Angeles, New York, and Texas. Now in London, Donna hosts her own show, "The Noble Art of Well-Being" on Natural Health Radio, and goes on The Rock Radio regularly as a guest.
