This is a 25-minute class on beginner yoga foundation poses, with lots of posture alignment tips helping you to get the most out of your yoga practice. Featured in the videos are some of the important foundation poses, such as the easy pose, cat cow pose, downward dog, and more. About Esther Ekhart
As daughter of a yoga teacher from the Netherlands, Esther Ekhart started practising yoga very early on in her life. She practises and teaches Hatha and Vinyasa flow yoga, and worked as a therapist in her own yoga studio in Ireland for 11 years. Back in the Netherlands now, she founded her own website and YouTube channel to reach a wider audience with her quality video tutorials. Founded in 2011, EkhartYoga now has over 1,000 yoga videos by 30 different teachers. To Esther, yoga has not only brought her peace and strength, it has also taught her to accept life as it comes.
