Yoga for Balance
In this 30-minute video, yoga instructor Candace Moore takes us through a sequence of yoga for balance. A combination of standing poses and vinyasas to develop strength, the routine is suitable for yogis at a range of levels, although beginners may have to pay more attention in building certain postures. Candace's clear and calming narration reminds us of what to be aware of in every pose, and helps us to focus on finding our centre.
