Beginner Yoga for Back Pain
This is a 20-minute practice of beginner yoga for back pain. A full length Hatha Vinyasa flow class, the video focuses on postures that stretch the lower back. While you may still need to consult a doctor if you have severe back pain, this flow sequence of gentle movements is good for anyone with occasional soreness. The poses (coupled with soothing music and narration!) can help lengthen your spine, stretch and strengthen your muscles, and make sure that your back return to its proper alignment.
